Scott Marshall (1936 - 2008) was Bernard Leach’s last apprentice and came to St. Just to establish the pottery
with Richard Jenkins (1932-65) after his apprenticeship in St. Ives.

The pottery and gallery
was reopened in 2009 by members of Scott’s family and friends and now shows: local crafts, books, C.D’s, paintings, cards and
photographs, alongside
pottery made by Andrew Marshall and ‘resident potter’ Jacob Bodilly who recently finished his apprenticeship at the Leach pottery, St. Ives.
Guided mineral walks with Neil Plummer around the mines along Botallack Cliff are available by
arrangement.
